Hi!  My name is Jessica and I have been a personal trainer and coach for over 7 years. I am a hybrid athlete and love all types of fitness from bodybuilding to Crossfit.

I have trained lifestyle clients and athletes of all ages.  I believe that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone of all shapes, sizes and levels can achieve! 

I truly believe in finding the fun(sized) side of fitness!
